investing in our green heritage
Versilia continues to invest in expanding services and quality in the territory: hotels, bars and restaurants, prestigious villas . . . Different projects, but with a common denominator: valorization and protection of our green heritage assets, undertakings in which recovery and new creation of parks and gardens play significant roles. The agricultural firm Bibolotti Garden has been operating in this sector for over sixty years, bringing great professionalism to all aspects of gardening, public and private, from planning through maintenance. The story is one of passion and competence, handed down from father to son: Alessandro, the founder of Bibolotti Garden, and Emiliano share a solid footing in family knowhow and a deep appreciation of today’s tastes and trends. “Not infrequently,” says Alessandro, “people for whom we have installed new gardens will ask us to handle maintenance on an ongoing basis. We are always pleased to do so: after all, those gardens are in part our creations and it is important for us to see them grow up beautiful and healthy, in the care of our agronomists and our qualified workers. Our relationships with some of our clients go back decades.”
Bibolotti Garden creates made-to-measure green projects in Italy and abroad, collaborates with landscape architects and garden designers, and even offers clients a plant rental service. The company has all the machinery and tools required even for such complex work as placement or removal of mature trees, and an outstanding nursery that reflects its research into rare exemplars – for instance, splendid centuries-old olive trees – and autochthonous plants, which have gained in popularity since the red weevil began to threaten our palm trees. Against these and other parasites, Bibolotti Garden has a full arsenal of endotherapeutic treatments and phytosanitary measures.
