Orion Outdoor, the seating system designed by Giampiero Tagliaferri for Minotti, brings a new compositional freedom to outdoor living, inspired by constellations. Distinct elements – rectangular, square, and trapezoidal modules – are arranged along orthogonal and oblique axes, generating ever-changing compositions. Low, generous seating establishes a direct dialogue with the landscape, while large cushions with converging stitching enhance the project’s graphic style. Steel feet, also available in a painted finish, lift the volumes from the ground, adding lightness and suspension. Completing the system are freestanding travertine coffee tables in a range of tones, conceived to strengthen the connection with the outdoor environment.
