Let’s take pre-owned cars. The first Porsche Approved & Service Center to be inaugurated in Europe is located in Arezzo. Five thousand square meters devoted entirely to Porsche Approved pre-owned vehicles and post-sales services. Where you can admire, test drive, and buy beautiful, high-performance Porsches put back on the market by the Stuttgart marque only after 111 inspection checks of the single components. And guaranteed for up to fifteen years. An identical center is opening this summer in Pescara, and with Florence – the Centro Porsche of reference for Tuscany – and Arezzo will be operating under a single new ownership. The three dealers offer first-order support for conventional and electric models, including dedicated e-mobility service and high-efficiency charging stations.

The electric options are rapidly winning the hearts of fans of the marque in Italy: by now, the all-electric and hybrid models account for 30% of all Porsche sales in the country. In the top slot, the Taycan, soon to be available in the Sport Turismo variant. But there’s also the Panamera, with the E-Hybrid plug-in version preferred in 85% of cases.

Unattainable driving dreams for most of us? No, not at all. Because here in Tuscany, Porsche is launching a novel short-term rental service that opens new and suggestive scenarios. A weekend at the seaside behind the wheel of a 718 Boxster, for example. Or an exciting week-long test drive of a hybrid Panamera – which may just cement your decision to buy.
