There is only one place in the world where TEDx ideas can be heard with your feet in the sand – almost – and the sea as a backdrop. It is TEDx Forte dei Marmi, returning on July 30 to the spectacular setting of the Augustus Beach Club.
Year after year, the format has grown in the quality of its content, the prestige of its guests, and its ability to attract audiences. Since its very first edition, ForteMagazine has followed and supported the project as media partner, accompanying its evolution into one of the signature events of the Versilian summer.
The 2026 theme, “Dreams to Design,” explores the journey from intuition to realization: transitioning from circular materials to new frontiers in hospitality, yacht design, and innovative sustainable technologies.
Taking the stage will be prominent international figures such as yacht designer Giorgio Cassetta, Olympic windsurfing champion Alessandra Sensini, luxury hospitality expert Palmiro Noschese, Michelin-starred chef Valentino Cassanelli, physicist Emilia Konert, lawyer Carlo Alberto Micheli, entrepreneur Viola Palescandolo, and swimmer Luca Dotto. Each will share insights on how creativity, methodology, resilience, and vision come together.
“We are experiencing an extraordinary era, in which artificial intelligence, medicine, energy, and innovation are radically changing the way we live,” explains Matteo Stefanini, who created the event together with Marta Del Sere. “TEDx Forte dei Marmi seeks to foster genuine connections that can translate inspiration into actionable change.”
The networking dimension is also becoming increasingly structured, with the Design Valley Gala on July 29, dedicated to entrepreneurs, leaders, and distinguished guests. The Design Valley platform will leverage artificial intelligence to facilitate personalized connections and meetings, strengthening Versilia’s reputation as an international hub for design, lifestyle, yachting, and innovation.
The event will once again be hosted by journalist Claudia Vanni, joined by co-host Anna Vagli.
