Twenty years on, Il Posto is still an essential crossroads of taste, a gastronomic cenaculum in the heart of Pietrasanta, Versilia’s Piccola Atene. Simone Andreano’s restaurant has risen to star billing since its debut in 2002, thanks to a combo of attention to raw materials and a cuisine anchored in tradition but revisited with a modern sensibility.
