The furnishings of Minotti's 2025 Collection in harmonious dialogue with the artistic research of the Tornabuoni Arte gallery in Florence

In Minotti’s vision, the dialogue between art and design unfolds as a story. An artistic vocation that permeates every creative expression of the brand, manifesting not only in the conception of eclectic furnishing pieces flaunting timeless elegance, but also in the creation of display spaces envisioned as bold architectural settings of great impact, where art retains a central role.

This synergy reached its fullest expression this year with the design of the Minotti Pavilion 2025 during the Salone del Mobile.Milano, marking the debut of the new collection. A multi-dimensional journey unfolds across five distinct atmospheres, each dedicated to a product family, exquisitely enhanced by masterpieces of 20th-century modern and contemporary art from the collection of Tornabuoni Arte, a prestigious Florentine gallery and exclusive partner for the works on display.

"Our approach to the project is comprehensive: we want to go beyond the boundaries of interior design to elevate furnishings and transform them into sensory and narrative experiences, and make them an integral part of art, as in a refined scenographic installation," confirms Roberto Minotti, co-CEO of the brand with his brother Renato and second generation of the family business.

This creative fusion also extends, from 2 October, into the exhibition spaces of Minotti Firenze by Belvedere, in front of Palazzo Strozzi, set within a context of extraordinary charm. Here, the latest furnishing pieces harmoniously intertwine with the curatorial vision of the Tornabuoni Arte gallery, giving rise to an alchemy that exalts the value of design as an art form. Alongside the designs of the 2025 Collection—the Bézier seating system by Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27, the Laurel armchairs, the Libra seats by Giampiero Tagliaferri, and several of the brand’s iconic best-sellers—unfolds a narrative that unites diverse forms of art from past and present. From sculptures to tapestries, from paintings to lamps, this dialogue generates inspirations that enrich both modern and more classical interiors, in harmony with the spirit of Florentine and international homes. The highlights include many masterpieces, expressing the innovative language of renowned masters such as Giacomo Balla, Alberto Biasi, Lucio Fontana, and Gualtiero Nativi. In the spaces of Minotti Firenze, a contemporary lounge overlooking the city is graced by a precious 16th-century tondo from the Tornabuoni Arte Antica collection, establishing a subtle dialogue between the Florentine showroom and the piazza outside and echoing the exhibition dedicated to Beato Angelico, where past and present seamlessly intertwine in a single, captivating tale.

“Our collaboration with Minotti represents a perfect fusion of design and art, combining the timeless elegance of Minotti furniture with the works of historicized 20th-century masters, who have been featured in our galleries for over forty-five years,” says Ursula Casamonti, director of Tornabuoni Arte.

A showcase, open to both design enthusiasts and professionals, conceived to offer fresh interpretations of contemporary living—blending understated elegance with an international language.
