The same thoughtful care is devoted to the menu, dynamic by nature and firmly rooted in regional cuisine, evolving in accordance with the offerings of the fish market, yet always mindful to include options for meat enthusiasts and those who prefer a fully vegetarian diet. Drawing from nearby producers, the kitchen presents classic dishes such as seafood salad, spaghetti with coquina clams—a specialty not to be missed in Forte dei Marmi—and perfectly crisp fried seafood, alongside a generous selection of fresh pasta made inhouse each day. Choosing can become delightfully difficult: fresh tagliolini seasoned with baby squid, butter, sage, and bottarga; tender gnocchi dressed with scampi; or indulgent lobster ravioli accompanied by stewed clams.
